Dal 1965 al 1968 su questo palcoscenico passano tutti i più grandi artisti del tempo, dai Grateful Dead ai Jefferson Airplane, da Santana a Jimi Hendrix, per arrivare a Otis Redding e agli Who. Un pezzo di storia della musica frutto delle intuizioni e della visione di un uomo davvero speciale, che ha fatto del Fillmore un nome ancora oggi evocato e un continuo punto di riferimento nel panorama musicale della città.
