A very simple and quick recipe to make fantastic home made gnocchi. Ingredients for 2 people: 300g of red potatoes 100g of plain flour Just remember that the weight of the flour must be always 1/3 of the weight of the boiled potatoes. Once the gnocchi are ready, put them in the boiling water and when they come to the surface, wait for another minute and add them to your favorite sauce.
