Also, to receive Google reviews, you need to have a GMB account setup and while reviews do not directly influence your search engine rankings, potential clients will get a picture about your reputation as a business. Occasional bad reviews will happen, but that should not be a deterrent. When this happens, do not try to get them to retrieve them, it is more about how you deal with them. Dealing with disgruntled customers effectively may even get them to retract the review. Having a good, strong, and credible branding online as well as in the bricks and mortar world, will help you convert visits and traffic into tangible sales.
