Faith Matters Foundation's video: Don t be afraid to connect Jesus understood the vitality of connection to us

@Don't be afraid to connect. Jesus understood the vitality of connection to us.
"When you hear a Black American get up and talk in stake conference, in general conference, in your ward, bear their testimony, whatever, really listen to what's being said. And don't be afraid to connect. Understand that connection to one another is what God wants us to do. He wants us to connect with one another. He understands the vitality of connection to us. We see all these things that are happening right now, and what is the one thing that they keep coming back and saying on the news, therapists and psychiatrists and psychologists? "It's a mental health issue." And why is it a mental health issue? These people feel disconnected from one another. Ah, connection. So disconnection causes mental health issues? Yes, it does. Jesus knew this. Jesus knew this when he walked this earth, and that was how long ago? So why not listen to what he's saying, and make the connections."
