EOBI Pension Increase 2019-20 - April 2020 [LATEST UPDATE] EOBI monthly pension has been increase from Rs, 6500 to Rs. 8500 monthly from January 2020 along with arrears of Rs. 12500; the pensioners would get their arrears from the January 2020 onward. The EOBI department has announced about the increase of pension but due to some legal issues the eobi pension increase case was hold and now the amount has been disbursed for the payment to eobi pensioners along with arrears. The eobi pensioner would get their pension with rate of Rs. 8500 per month w.e.f Jan 2020; Those pensioners who have any queries regarding their eobi new pension rate they can visit their nearest eobi regional or field offices; currently the eobi offices are not dealing with public due to pandemic of corona virus; mostly the eobi pensioners are above 60 years therefore the dealing has been stopped till further orders by the management.
