In this video with title eobi bank employees registration; i have discussed about the main issues of bank employees and banking sector where the eobi and banks dispute is pending in Lahore High Court & Islamabad High Court. mostly the employees who are working in banks are complaining and asking about their eobi registration process; as they are working since very long in the banks but their eobi registration has not yet been done. Actually few of the banks like MCB, UBL, ABL and HBL etc are reluctant to pay eobi contribution, because as per their stance they are not laible to pay contribution to eobi. while as per the EOB Act 1976 rules & regulations all the industrial and daily wages workers are liable to be registered with eobi. The matter of eobi individual registrations is lying pending in Lahore and Islamabad High Courts; as and when the dispute is resolved by the honorable court the matter of bank employees will also be settled. Furthermore; there are so many banks which are paying huge contribution to the eobi against their employees as well as their own share.
