Family Plot's video: Q A Why don t my banana plants produce any bananas They did once

@Q&A – Why don’t my banana plants produce any bananas? They did once.
Bananas require 10-15 months of frost-free conditions to ripen the fruit. Memphis Botanic Garden Horticulturist Jill Maybry says the year they did produce they may have been taken inside for the winter or just planted from the nursery. UT Extension Agent Chris Cooper says he has a neighbor that harvests bananas, but he digs up the plants every winter and puts them in his garage.
