For those of us women who have a problem with the belly area of our bodies and dressing sometimes tends to give us some trouble or confusion, this video is dedicated to you! I'm a new mother of a 6-7 month old. And honestly, I've always struggled to keep this region fit. So I really feel you ladies who have trouble here which is why I made this video. Over the years I've perfected what works and what doesn't on my own body so I thought I would share some of my fat belly hacks in the hopes that it could help anyone whose struggling as I did.
