Sea Shanty 2 is a song in Old School Runescape. it is 100 BPM (beats per minute), so a beat plays every 1 game tick (.6 seconds) Therefore, you can use this song to practice pray flicking. I am still losing prayer because I am only flicking piety, not Pray Melee; if you set both to quick prayers and flicked that, it should work just as well.
