With the 10th Anniversary of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010 around the corner, I decided to do a little top speed test run gameplay using the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, which 10 years ago was the fastest car in the world, topping at well over 267 mph. It held the world record until 2017, when it was dethroned by the Koenigsegg Agera RS which managed to hit 277 mph. Bugatti did recently break the 300 mph barrier with a prototype of the new Chiron Super Sport 300+ back in 2019, but it didn't count as the world's fastest car since it only did a uni-directional top speed run.
