FasterThanLight's video: Macau Tower Climb - 1 109 feet above the ground

Climbed to the very tip of this tower 1,109 feet above the ground in Macau! The only place in the world you can climb to the top of a tower. I'd be lying if I didn't say it was scary as F*CK! And *that's why I did it.* Do the things that scare you. Special thanks to AJ Hackett for hosting me! I'm surprised mere mortals are even allowed to do this just by opening their wallet. It's properly dangerous. You're on your own most of the time and if you screw up and forget to connect your safety line and slip on a ring of the very narrow ladder, goodbye Charlie (1,000 feet to the ground). The guy I climbed with had a hard time drumming up the courage to make the final climb and was very frightened to the point the guides and I were worried he was going to freeze up. I gave him a little pep talk and he decided to go for it. I told him I was scared too and that's why I was doing it. I reminded him that we almost never regret the things we do, but often regret the things we don't do. He got to the top and recorded a video for his fiancé that he's going to show at his wedding next month. Right after this, I bungee jumped off the tower!
