Hey besties!!! Thanks for hanging with me for a little fat yoga. I'm no expert, but whenever I talk about yoga people ask for a little routine - if you'd be interested in seeing me actually attend a class with many many more moves I would be happy to share that too :) My outfit is from Reprise - they have incredible plant based materials that are SO SOFT. Like. Truly... so so soft. And my mat is an herbal yoga mat from them as well. It feels so nice on your skin and doesn't stick to you when you get sweaty like some mats.
