Father Elijahcal's video: Did Isaac Arthur Make A Reference To Fallout: New Vegas

Isaac Arthur is one of my favorite non-Fallout content creators, and of course since he is a non-Fallout content creator, I don't expect him to make references to it. But when I heard him speak about chasing rats in a ruined civilization and Moonshine, it naturally made me think of New Vegas. Was he making a reference to this game? It wasn't specific enough to be certain, but I think maybe he was. Anyway, it did inspire me to make this short, simple, and rather pointless video. The episode in question is The Fermi Paradox: Imprisoned Planets and it is a good episode and I recommend checking it out if you are interested in that sort of thing.
