**Not all eating disorders/problems are induced by will I have come to learn. Some may also be over eating when stressed or depressed. Lastly, some like me, want to be healthy but it is hard to get your stomach to a point of being comfortable with foods sitting again...** **In my next Health related upload (Diet & Fitness) I will share the types of foods that help sit well with my stomach and help to maintain good health. Stay tuned for that.** **I tried to show the most normal images of when I was at some of my lowest weights. I never reached an extreme weight of anywhere near like 80 or 70 lbs. etc (I was on the verge at some points) but I always keep a level of control of my life and the battles I face. But regardless, even if you're just five pounds under or over weight you need to try to get back to your normal healthy weight for what your body should weigh. The sooner the better. If you have more of an underlying eating problem as I did and didn't realize it was a problem until some time, think now over how you eat, your stress level, etc that may now allow you to realize you have a diet or eating issue to be able to nurture your body to a back to healthy place :) You can do it. I know it.** **It starts from the inside and creeps outward. That's why I was losing weight but it wasn't startling me because I hadn't reached a skeletal look but my insides were definitely telling me I needed help and eventually my figure as well because I had no energy at all, while before I had all the energy in the world.
