LUF tick triggers at 90% & 70% or when special countdown is active - cancels when Count reaches 45. - increases by 1 when player evades or take reduced BRV dmg from attacks Recast Ability is forcedly used upon reaching 90%, 70%, 50%, 30% HP Count Ability is not Lethal while Special Countdown is active, delays player ACT by 2T Boss+orbs BRV cannot be lowered to below 1% mBRV (thus immune to break) but their DEF/BRV dmg reduction is very lacking so its fine Leila and her dodge+party swap turn is crazy good for this fight, to counter that annoying 2T delay thing
