Ferroequinology's video: Drone Footage of Dolton IL Junction Part 2 of 2

@Drone Footage of Dolton IL Junction (Part 2 of 2)
• Click here for part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBFYxGbj1aE ------------------------------------------------- Chicago is famous for its trains. In the days of steam trains, almost every train crossing the country would stop in Chicago. Even today the Chicago area, especially just south of the city, is cross-crossed with railroad tracks. At this junction in Dolton IL, the Union Pacific tracks cross the Norfolk Southern, CSX, and Indiana Harbor Belt. Just south, there is a railroad yard on the UP line, and about a mile northwest of the junction there is a big steel mill just off the NS tracks. In January 2017, we decided to bring our drone to the junction. In this video, you'll see great aerial footage of trains up to 2 miles long stretching off to the horizon. This is part 2 of 2. ------------------------------------------------- Click on this to watch the video of the bottle train mentioned at the end: https://youtu.be/hWM2jXAWp0o
