Ferroequinology's video: Nonstop Action at the ArcelorMittal Steel Mill

@Nonstop Action at the ArcelorMittal Steel Mill
Footage from the old crumbling pedestrian bridge overlooking the ArcelorMittal steel mill and busy mainline in East Chicago, Indiana. The steel mill trains are really interesting to watch. Specialized train cars designed to carry molten or solid steel. Trains dropping off cars, using the wye, or doing runarounds. Old switcher engines that look like they belong in a railroad museum. This is a great place to go. What makes this spot even better is both that the bridge offers a great panoramic view, and the breeze from nearby Lake Michigan cools off the hot summer day. At one point, between the mainline and the steel mill, the trains were coming nonstop. Normally I stop the camera a few seconds after a train passes, but every time I went to hit that red button, another train would come. There ended up being one clip from my camera that was over an hour long. In this video you'll see bottle trains, flatbeds with steel, freight trains passing us and each other on the mainline, a train with a switcher at each end (and workers uncoupling one while the train is moving), and more. If anyone's interested, I have more footage of those workers that were oiling switches near the beginning of the video: https://youtu.be/2K4zaJgozGw
