Yallı) — азербайджанский национальный танец, являющийся одним из самых распространённых коллективных хороводных танцев. Различными видами танца яллы считаются Кочари, Учаяг, Телло и Галадангалая. Слово "ял" на азербайджанском означает ряд или цепь. Танцующие Яллы становятся в один или несколько рядов и двигаются в такт выбиваемый ударными. Традиционно танец исполняется на торжествах, и сопровождается звуками духового инструмента Зурна. Корни этого танца уходят глубокого в каменный век. Подтверждение тому являются наскальные рисунки найденные историческом заповеднике Гобуста в близ Баку на Абшеронском полуострове. Также в Гобустане найден оригинальный инструмент на котором исполнялся данный танец - Гавалдаш. Гавалдаш (от тюркских слов — «гавал» - бубен и «даш» — камень) — это оригинальный камень-бубен, представляющий собой установленную плашмя огромную плиту. Из неё постукиванием можно извлечь ритмически чёткие мотивы. Звук гавалдаша схож со звонким звуком гавала. В Гобустане имеются 2 гавалдаша: у северного подножья горы Чингирдаг и на горе Беюкдаш. Считается, что гавалдаш известен людям начиная с верхнего палеолита, и что гавалдашами пользовались охотники и скотоводы, жившие на этой территории. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yalli (azeri. The word "yal" in Azerbaijani means row, line of chain. Typically, Yalli dancers form a circle or a line, while holding each other with the little finger or shoulder to shoulder or even hand to hand with the last and first player holding a piece of cloth, moving under the bit of drum. Yalli is traditionally played during wedding and accompanied by wind instrument called Zurna. The dance originates from the stone age. The prove of that are the pictures on the rock found in Gobustan National Park, near the Baku on the Absheron peninsula. Also in Gobustan was found the original instrument Gaval Dash that Yalli was played initially. Gaval Dash ( Turkic "Gaval" - drum and "Dash" - stone). The original drum-stone makes a tambourine-like sound when it is hit in different points. It Among the stone books there are a big flat stone formed out of 3 supports. Suffice it to touch the object with a small stone, musical sounds come from it.
