@How to Shoot BETTER PHOTOS with iPhone (Photography Camera Tutorial)
This week we take a look at how to take better photos on your iPhone in our iphone photo tutorial! Your DSLR camera may not be handy, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take a great picture with these iPhone camera tips. With smart phone cameras getting better every year, we'll show you how to shoot better photos with iPhone or your smart phone. So check out our beginner’s guide to iPhone photography. This video on iPhone photo tips will show you how to plan a shot better, take the photo better, and give you some editing tips. We used an iPhone X, but many of these tips also apply to Android phone photos as well. In this iPhone camera tutorial, we'll also share some of our favorite photo apps for retouching photos on your phone. One of the best iPhone photo hacks is using the manual exposure feature, which is available on most newer iPhones but is a little hard to find. Being able to control your exposure can elevate your phone photography and allow you to customize the image better based on your style. This option also allows you to fine tune the focus and lock it. Lighting in general is very important to taking better photos on your iPhone, and you should plan your photography shoot around where the light is and what it is doing. For instance, taking photos during sunrise or sunset, or “golden hour”, is usually best as the light is the most flattering and soft. Windows are also a big factor in photography, as you don’t want to take photos in front of windows and completely throw the exposure off. However if you take a photo next to a window, you can use the light to your advantage. Let us know if our camera tutorial helped you learn how to take iPhone photos like a pro!
