After 6 long months without any measurable precipitation in my surrounding area of Chino Hills, rain finally arrived in style the afternoon of October 11, 2012. This storm system was the first of the Fall season for southern California, and spawned numerous of thunderstorms across the southland. Some storms had some outstanding features and structure! The cold nature of this system also brought a few inches of snow to the local mountains...an uncommon sight to see in a usually warm Southern California October! Thanks for watching!
