From Ukiah Player's Theatre 1993, production of 'Dracula-la!' comes the number 'It's Hell To Be A Vampire' performed by Torre Younghans, Paula Samonte, and Ron Cole. 'Dracula-la!' was written by David Hayes with music by Max Forester and lyrics by David Hayes and Max Forester. 'Dracula-la! was first produced in 1979, by the Willits Community Theatre. Bob Alto is a retired college professor from Mendocino College where he spent 40 years. Here is his in 1994, performing the poem 'Chicken Soup With Rice'. This was part of the Mendocino College Drama Club's Showcase of Talent. 'Finding Ukiah' is a project of William French. This multifaceted project (Facebook, Youtube, and more) celebrates the rich history of Ukiah, California and seeks to find the hidden and forgotten stories of this vibrant community.
