HOW TO GET THE +16 BOOST?: It all depends on the Wild Cat's Mood gauge, which lowers depending on... 1) How many instructions you obeyed 2) How many times you say "No" before you finally forgive him If you obeyed all the instructions, you have to say "No" three times.
