This is a 16-bit remix of the first stage music from Alex Kidd in Shinobi World, originally released for the 8-bit Sega Master System console in 1990. I created this 16-bit remix using a MIDI file from VGMusic, the Ultimate Mega Drive soundfont, and the Synthfont program. This was a track I really liked back in the early 90s, and I've always wanted to hear what it would sound like if it was on the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis console, which is why I made this.
