First Amendment Tests's video: First Amendment Test: Port of Oakland

Here is a First Amendment Audit of the Port of Oakland, where reactions to my filming varied significantly. The Port of Oakland is public property owned by the City of Oakland. It leases portions of its property to various companies. This video was filmed entirely from areas open to public access. At no time did I set foot onto land which is leased by a terminal operator or any other private entity. Notice: This video consists mostly of dialogue. Many viewers may find it to be excessively long and boring. However, I believe that getting people to understand the purpose of First Amendment audits is an important element thereof.
