Upon returning to the Sonoma County Civil and Family Law Courthouse, I was immediately confronted by the security guard that threatened to confiscate my camera during my previous visit. After being asked repeatedly “Do you have your paperwork?” I attempt to talk some sense into the security guard, but to little avail. I’ll leave it to the viewers to judge: Does the guard and/or the Deputy pass my First Amendment Test?
