this is one of the first ads from the McMahon for Senate Campaign. We found it fascinating because it really says a lot of nothing and uses little more than stereotypical outsider vs. Washington talking points while selling a very hard-edged woman-in-a-man's-world prospect for Senate. In the ad the majority of the regular folk talking up the candidate are well-to-do-looking white men in ties who are enraptured by her toughness. There's even a Joe-The-Plumber look-alike who appears to be on a golf outing who lays on the hoopla about McMahon's "Mrs. Smith Goes to Washington" virtues.
