I know the have the from Young Thug and I thought what better way to do it then do it on the ski machine! 2-3 mins ea. exercise for 20-30 mins - Alt Ski pulls - Alt. Bounding Lunges w/ski pulls - front & rev jump squat pulls - ski alt. Oblique swings - ski kneeling crunches - ski hip jumps (if you fancy 😜 )
