This particular training day started with a modified German Volume Training style superset and finished with a functional conditioning workout that will challenge your mobility, stability, and work capacity. 1a. Box Squat - 7x10 3010 Tempo Rest 1 min 1b. 90* Back Extension - 7x10 3011 Tempo Rest 1 min 2a. GHR - 3x6 - 8000 Tempo 2b. Cossack Squat - 3x8/6/4 each Rest 90 3a. 3 Way Leg Press 3x6 each way 3b.
