Fitness Culture's video: High Volume Upper Body Workout NO BARBELL

@High Volume Upper Body Workout (NO BARBELL)
One of our favorite days to program in a training block is a super high volume upper body workout where you don't touch a barbell. With our programs, we have a ton of volume and that takes a toll on the body over time. By mixing in one of these high volume dumbbells only workouts, our goal is to change the range of motion, open up the tissues, and get ready for the next training block.
