The workout includes doing over 6000 lbs in combined lifts as well as GHD sit-ups, pull-ups, and burpees. As a 2 man team complete: 6000 pounds Overhead Squats 60 pullups 6000 pounds squat cleans 60 ghd situps 6000 pounds push press 60 burpees For time Use any weight you want, do the math to figure out the reps and complete as a 2 man team.
