Diaphragmatic breathing is the best self care technique I’ve learnt over the years as a practitioner.
Here’s what it feels like -
✨Imgaine what it feels like taking a freshhhhh breath of air on the top of a mountain, cool, crisp and refreshing! Exactly like that.
✨It engages the diaphragm more consciously in your breathing so that you’re able to take fuller, deeper breaths.
✨Since you’re more attuned to your breath, it gets easier to focus, concentration increases and so does your ability to control your thoughts.
✨Obviously addresses stress and anxious energies while regulating the blood pressure.
✨practice for 5 mins to begin with. Gradually increase over time.
