We’re slowly losing flexibility in our hips, knees and ankles to be able to properly get into a deep squat or an ‘Indian squat’

Our Indian toilets were designed in a way for optimal cleansing of our bowels,but since we moved to western toilets and sitting a desk almost all day long - it’s getting harder to perform a squat.

The benefits of a proper squat are too many but here’s a few-
✅ Excellent to tone the lower body and strengthen the joints
✅ Tones the belly and helps in detoxification
✅ Aligns the spine and improves posture
✅ Is great to manage lifestyle related diseases
.
Obviously the benefits are not as linear and immediate if just performed once or twice but you will see changes gradually if you perform these regularly.
