We’re slowly losing flexibility in our hips, knees and ankles to be able to properly get into a deep squat or an ‘Indian squat’ . Our Indian toilets were designed in a way for optimal cleansing of our bowels,but since we moved to western toilets and sitting a desk almost all day long - it’s getting harder to perform a squat. .
