:Ingredients: Thandai: Dry fruits In big bowl (Cashew, Almonds, raisins, walnuts, pistachio- 1/8 cup each) - soaked for 5-6 hours In small bowl (melon seeds, poppy seeds, fennel seeds- 1 tbsp each) Strain Transfer to a blender Add little milk Blend on high speed until smooth paste (add more milk if required) Boiled milk- 5 cups Grated Jaggery- 1 cup or to taste Dry fruits paste- 5-6 tbsp Give it a quick mix Rose essence- 2-3 drops Few Kesar strands Mix again. Strain it for a smooth texture ( completely optional) Rose petals & sliced pistachios for extra crunch Refrigerate it before serving. Serve chilled. Enjoy !
