: Mini samosa : For stuffing: Ghee- 1 tbsp Jeera-1/2 tsp Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp Boiled peas- 1/2 cup Saute for a while Boiled potatoes- 1.5 cups Coriander powder- 1 tsp Red chilli powder- 1.5 tsp Chaat masala- 1 tsp Salt to taste Heeng- 1/4 tsp Mix, mash & cook for 3-4 mins Cashew- 1/4 cup Paneer cubes- 1/2 cup Stuffing is ready. For dough: Maida- 1.5 cups Salt- 1/2 tsp Ghee- 2-3 tbsp Knead a soft & smooth dough with water. Rest it for 10 mins. After 10 mins, Add chopped coriander leaves in stuffing Take little dough Roll it in oval shape Cut in half Apply water on a slice Fold & make a cavity (as shown) Put stuffing. Seal the sides carefully. Likewise prepare all. Deep fry into medium hot oil on low flame until nice & crisp. Serve with tamarind or Mint coriander chutney. Enjoy.
