Floridian Elevators's video: ANOTHER ONE HAS BEEN FOUND Otis Lexan Hydraulic Elevator at Bailey s Pharmacy St Petersburg FL

Filmed on March 28th, 2023 with ‎@AirplaneElevatorfan8150 . Well, guess what??? Another Lexan has been found in Central Florida! It's crazy to think that just a few years ago I thought this model of elevator was fully extinct here in Central Florida (as well as the majority of the state as a whole outside of Miami) despite it being relatively common in most places despite the fact the vast majority of Lexan installations are 45+ years old now, but as it turns out, NOT ONE but TWO of them have been discovered in Central Florida, both of which are in the St. Pete area, and GET THIS, A THIRD ONE has since been found in St. Pete recently! But we'll save that for another video.... As for this elevator, it's a pretty nice one! Definitely not as awesome as the Bank of 2 at the Sage Building being that it's a Single Elevator, it's a Hydro not a Traction and it's a bit newer than those elevators so it's not quite as cool as those, but hey, considering how RARE Lexan is here as well as Vintage Elevators as a whole are here in FLORIDA, I'LL TAKE IT!!! This is still a VERY NICE Elevator with Beautiful Lexan fixtures that are in MINT CONDITION, A Nice Sounding Submersible Pump, and a VERY Nice 70s Cab! This elevator is a staff only elevator so we needed to be discrete while riding it and I didn't want to ride it too much, but if that weren't the case, I definitely would ride this elevator more as it is really nice! While this thing is not as awesome as the first Lexan found locally, I'm definitely glad that another has been found, and like I said, a third one has since been found and it's even more awesome than either this one or Sage! I'll save that for another video and leave you guys guessing what it's like in the meantime! (Damn it!!! William uploaded it already but still, stay tuned anyways lol....) But with that, I hope you guys enjoy this video of this Basic and Simple but VERY NICE Otis Lexan!
