The beautiful restaurant carved out in Shangri-La is a mini palace within the grand property. Food served inside is inspired from Chinese & Pan Asian cuisines. Exquisite interiors inside enhances the food tasting experience even further. Visited the place with celebrated Actress, Model & Entrepreneur - Rragini Dwivedi - Actor. We got an opportunity to try dumplings categorized into 3 sections - Steamed & Poached, Fried & Pan-fried and Baked. Veg - Vegetable Pounced Peaking Dumpling, Steamed Mushroom Vegetable Dumpling, Steamed Corn & Chive Dumpling, Fried Mapo Tofu Pocket, Pan fried Water chestnut & Mushroom Dumpling, Baked Eggplant Puff with Chili Garlic NonVeg - Prawn and Chives Har Gao, Chicken with Ginger Xiao Long Boa, Chengdu Style Pouched Chicken Dumpling with Sichuan, Prawn Crackling Ball, Lam Guo Tie PanFried Tenderloin & Chives Dumpling, Baked Savoury Chicken Dumpling. My favorite among the veg was the Crystal that had the filing of Mushroom & Water chestnut s in it. I also loved the creativity of the Eggplant Puff. Ragini's favourite was the soupy chicken dumpling, she couldn't get enough of it. Details of Food Festival Until 24-Nov'19 Lunch & Dinner Enjoyed the meal with some great Red Wine from South African and SDU Wine Makers Selection. All of the fun was part of experience.
