It amazing to know that the ALOFT (CBP, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore) kitchen is open. The team of Chefs are operational and continiously cooking our favorite dishes. It's a great to see the hospitality industry continuing to serve people at the time of this global panemic. Today's I got food dleivery from the ALOFT team in their dedicated vehicle. The person handing over the package maintained hygiene by dressing up with glows & facemask. Outside the cover they mentioned the time & date, the dish was packed. They mention about the need for refrigeration if not consumed in 2 hrs.  Every dish was neatly packed and labeled.  The following dishes were present. Salad - Ceasar Salad Starters - Dahi Kebab with Mint Chutney Main Course - Paneer Butter Masala, Bhindi Fry, Tawa Paratha, Garlic Naan Rice - Veg Pulao Sweets - Rasagulla, Apple Tart Kids Special - Smilies, Cheese Garlic, Ketchup, Smiley The taste of every dish was amazing.
