Are you looking for the last little detail for the red steak, potato or roast? I highly recommend this mayonnaise. It is highly addictive and incredibly easy to make. - a good handful of mixed mushrooms - A good bite of butter - Timian - Salt / pepper - 3 egg yolks - A pinch of salt - Half a teaspoon of mustard - Neutral oil Fry mushrooms and thyme in butter with high heat on a pan.
