This tribal leader from Idukki in Kerala prepared a yummy bamboo chicken. The recipe was too simple but the outcome was much better than the famous tandoori chicken. Chicken was neither too wet nor too dry, but just moist to hold the spices that he used in it. And spices, he did not add anything too much - just a little bit of chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed green chilli, crushed curry leaves, crushed garlic, and a bit of salt.
