Very easy to make deep fried garbanzo beans or chickpea snack. Vegan , gluten free snack recipe Ingredients: 1 cup kabul kadale / garbanzo beans ¾ cup water ¾ to 1 tsp salt to cook the soaked beans Turmeric powder To the fried Kabuli chana add: 1/4 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp chat masala 1/4 tsp powdered sugar 1/4 tsp amchur powder/dried mango powder pinch to 2 ginger powder salt (little) dried mint powder(you can dry roast the fresh mint and rub the leaves against palm as shown You can add garlic powder as well
