1 litre full cream milk
500 gm Sitafal
5-6 cashews
5-6 almonds
5-6 pista flakes
Cutlet :
----------------------------
Potato : 4 medium
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp asafetida
2 to 3 tbsp CornFlour
1/4 Cup Poha
‘3-4 green chillies
1 inch Ginger
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmaric Powder
1 tsp Garam masala
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
Steam Rice :

1 cup rice
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp Ghee (optional)
1/4 tsp salt (optional )
Carrot and Green Peas
Gujarati Dal:

1 cup dal
1 glass water
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
1 dry red chilli
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp jeera
¼ tsp asafetida
8-10 curry patta leaves
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 badiya
½ tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger
1 tomato
2 tbsp peanuts
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp jaggery
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp desiccated coconut
Chopped Coriander
Puri:

1.5 cup wheat flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp oil
½ cup water
Kobi marcha no Sambharo:

1 cup cabbage
2 green chillies
1 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp asafetida
1/8th tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp water
Bharya Vagar Ringan bataka nu Shaak :
