Hard boil 6 eggs. 2. Fry the boiled eggs in mustard oil with Turmeric powder and salt. 3. In a pan take 2.5 tbsp mustard oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 pcs dry red chilies, 1 pc Bay leaf and 1 cup half paste onion. 4. Fry them till golden brown for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. 5. Add 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp cumin paste, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1.5 tbsp garlic paste. 6. Sauté them for 5-6 minutes. Add water as required. 7. Add 1/2 cup tomato purée, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp sugar[optional] and three green chilies[optional]. 8. Sauté them for another 5-6 minutes and add water if required. 9. Put the fried eggs. 10. Add 1 cup water for gravy and cook for 4-5 minutes till the gravy becomes thick. 11. Mix garam masala and cover it for 5 minutes.
