Welcome to Day Four of 21 Day Feb WL Challenge where I am sharing, what I as Dietitian Eats and Drinks in a day.
From morning lukewarm water to a high protein dinner, stay tuned and watch this series on the food choices, I Manju Malik as a Dietitian makes to stay on top form.
I know that between work, family, and social demands, it’s hard to carve out time to eat clean on a daily basis. To give inspiration, and sample meal ideas I have started these daily vlogs on what I eat on an average day.

Here are the details about meals and timings :
Start my day at 5:45am with 500ml lukewarm Water
Breakfast at 8:40
Rolled oats with tofu ( 4 Tbsp rolled oats, 50g tofu and veggies )
Side : One Black Carrot & 1/4 Beetroot
( not doing intermittent fasting but still, I don’t feel like eating immediately after waking up, specially in winters. I take morning drink on alternate days. Recipe of which is uploaded on YouTube)
One Masala Chai 40 min post Breakfast
Tea with 1/2 tsp raw sugar & Milk
Mid-Morning Snack 11:45 : one guava
Lunch 1:45pm
Aloo + broad beans Sabji 3/4 cup
Masoor Dal 1 Cup
2 Whole Wheat Roti
Small piece of Jaggery
Chaas/ButterMilk 1 glass
Winter detox/infused water 35 min post lunch
Evening Snack 5:15pm one homemade Gond nuts & seeds Ladoo
Dinner 7:50pm
Mung + whole Masoor
Veggies Sautéed broccoli & French beans
One whole egg
Bedtime milk (8:40 Pm)
Turmeric + Ginger + black pepper + cow ghee in cow milk

Total day calories 1800-2000 approx
Protein : 55-60g
