Welcome to Day Five of 21 Day Feb WL Challenge where I am sharing, what I as Dietitian Eats and Drinks in a day. From morning lukewarm water to a high protein dinner, stay tuned and watch this series on the food choices, I Manju Malik as a Dietitian makes to stay on top form. I know that between work, family, and social demands, it’s hard to carve out time to eat clean on a daily basis. To give inspiration, and sample meal ideas I have started these daily vlogs on what I eat on an average day. I take morning drink on alternate days.
