Deep Lore's video: Investigators Release Image of Serial Killer Candy Man s Victim Whose ID Remains Mystery truecrime

A newly released image shows an unidentified teenage victim of 1970s serial killer Dean Corll, known as the "Candy Man." Corll murdered at least 28 boys in the Houston area before being killed by an accomplice in 1973. All but one victim were identified. The newly released image shows the unidentified victim, a 15-18 year old white male with brown hair. He had mild spina bifida which may have affected his walking. When found, he wore Catalina swim trunks with stripes, cowboy boots, a leather ankle bracelet, and corduroys. Corll was assisted by teens David Brooks and Elmer Wayne Henley, who lured victims for money. After Corll's death, they exposed his crimes. Brooks died in 2020; Henley remains imprisoned. Officials hope releasing the image will help identify the victim.
