Forgotten Games's video: Legaia 2 Undub Part 23 - Velna and Vestra

The final battle becons. But first, we must defeat the final dungeon's guardians. Forgotten Games is proud to present this (mostly) unabridged playthrough of the fan undub of "Legaia 2 - Duel Saga" for your viewing enjoyment. This video is released without monetization, in the hopes that our intentions will be understood. We greatly support the efforts of publishers and localization companies to bring foreign games to the English-speaking world, and we fully understand that sometimes for technical reasons it is only possible to include a single audio language track in any release of a game. We hold no rsentment against anyone for making the choice to release the game with an English dub voicover in place of the original audio language. However, we feel that when the original language audio of a game is removed during localization, a vital piece of the experience of the game is lost in a way that cannot be accurately re-created or simulated by the new replacement dub. We have experimented before with attempting to review an Undub, but what we have found is that the differences in the game's experience are both too numerous, and also too subtle, to be accurately encapsulated in the format of a review. This Undub playthrough is presented so that you, the players, may have the option to experience and judge for yourselves how much of a difference, if any, would have been made in the game's experience from the inclusion of the original language audio track. Should a version of "Legaia 2 - Duel Saga" ever be released that includes the option to experience the audio of the game in it's original Japanese language, this playthrough shall promptly be removed.
