An even bigger special thanks to Lenny at P. H. Waste Collection Service for doing a quick demonstration of this very rare vintage truck. This is a 1986 Peabody/Galion E-Z Pack FLHC HC/33-23 (High Compaction) Front Loader. As these trucks aged and the E-Z Pack Hercules model became more prevalent, E-Z Pack began referring to these as "Flex-arm" front loaders. The new (at the time) E-Z Pack Hercules was also considered "High Compaction." P.H. Waste Collection has a total of three of these rare / vintage bodies. The green truck shown in this video is a route truck and collects waste on a regular basis. The white truck seen in the background is a spare, and they have an additional unmounted body on the ground.
