FountainheadTV's video: PAVAROTTI VS FRETLESS GUITAR - NESSUN DORMA 1 TAKE COVER

Tom Fountainhead adapting italian tenor Luciano Pavarotti's famed version of Puccini's aria "Nessun Dorma" (from the opera Turandot) for FRETLESS GUITAR (and e-bow). Recorded LIVE in one take without overdubs. This was such a difficult peace to perform and took dozens upon dozens of takes to get right. The characteristic vibrato styles of Pavarotti, the extreme dynamics in the piece, figuring out how to aproximate the pronounciation of the words with a guitar, the differences in intonation between the tenor and the choir parts....all of this amounted to the most difficult "vocal adaptation" I've done so far, even harder than the Ariana Grande and Vitas ones, even though those had a lot more notes going on.
