Thought I'd change up the video content here and share one of my favorite, easy dishes to make! I love pasta, but carbs make me BLOAT. I've been substituting pasta with spaghetti squash, and have been LOVING it. I added ground beef in this dish, but you can definitely use beyond meat instead!
